Firstly, cut the leaves of the lettuce. Cut the lettuce I smaller pieces. Wash and dry it. Peel and chop the carrot. Cut the tomatoes in wedges. Slice the onions and cucumber in smaller pieces.

Step 2:

Take a large bowl. Put all the vegetables in the bowl and mix them well.

Step 3:

Now add all ingredients of the dressing in food processor. Add a little amount of water and blend it.

Step 4:

Place the salad in a salad bowl. Pour the dressing all over the salad and mix it.

I put this together to test it out with my family and not only did my husband like it, my kids even enjoyed it. Well, 2 of my 3 kids did anyways. The youngest one is a bit too fussy with salads.
