• 3 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 ½ tablespoon garlic (chopped)
• 1 1/8 cups onion (chopped)
• 2 ¼ cups fresh tomato pulp

• Salt (according to your taste)
• 3 teaspoon corn flour
• 2 tablespoon water
• 1 1/8 cup low fat milk

• 1/3 cup chopped capsicum

Procedure

  1. Take a non-stick pan and add chopped garlic in it after few seconds add onions and cook until they change their color to golden.
  2. Add tomato pulp in the same pan and sugar. Sugar will not sweeten the paste, it only helps to balance the flavor. Mix it well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix corn flour and water according to the amount given above. Pour this mixture in the pan. Corn flour will help thicken the tomato sauce.
  4. Add low fat milk. Stir it occasionally so a smooth thick sauce is formed.
  5. In a separate pan, pour some olive oil. Add garlic after few seconds add capsicum and sweet corn. Season it will paprika. Mix well and cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add pasta and mix it well with vegetables and corn.
  7. Finally, add tomato sauce in pasta. Mix them well so the pasta components forms strong bond with red tomato sauce.
  8. Serve it in pasta plates. Grate some cheese above it to make it more flavorful.

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cedar grill plank
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cholula Chipotle hot sauce

For Tomato Salsa

  • 2 cups red cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup garlic, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme

 

Directions to follow

  1. Take a shallow dish and place fish. Take a small bowl a mix brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Now rub evenly over salmon  with your fingers. marinate and  refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.

  1. Take a large bowl combine red cherry tomatoes, yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, cup olive oil, and fresh thyme.

  3. now grill tomato mixture in basket on the rack of an uncovered grill over medium coals until tomatoes are softened and slightly charred but still retain their shape, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper and top with Cholula Chipotle to taste.
