Green Salad with Boiled Eggs Reciepe

For the Dressing

Dijon Mustard 1/4 tsp
Honey 1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp
Clove Garlic, Minced 1
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pinch of Pepper
Olive Oil 1 tsp

For the salad

Can Chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed 1/4 Cup
Chopped Romaine Lettuce 1 Cup
Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves 1 Cup
Hard Boiled Eggs 2
Cherry Tomatoes, Halved 5
Avocado, Cubed 1/3
Crumbled Feta Cheese 1 tbsp
Raw Walnuts, Chopped 1 tbsp
Green Onion 1/4 tbsp
Minced Fresh Parsley 1/4 tbsp

Green Salad with Boiled Eggs Directions:

Green Salad with Boiled Eggs

  1. Add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until combined.3: Add the romaine and spinach to a serving plate.
  3. Top (in rows if desired) with the chickpeas, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, feta, walnuts, green onion, and parsley.
  4. Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing and serve immediately.
