Herb pork loin and mashed potatoes
Herb Dry Seasoned Loin Filet | 1 (1.5-pound) | |
Mashed Potatoes | 1 (20-ounce) | |
jar pork gravy | 1 (12-ounce) | |
chopped fresh parsley leaves | ½ cup | |
chopped fresh rosemary leaves | 2 tsps. | |
chopped fresh thyme leaves | 2 tsps. |
Directions
- Cook pork according to package directions. Let stand 10 minutes and slice.
- Heat potatoes according to package directions.
- In a small saucepan, heat gravy over medium heat. Stir in herbs and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant; strain through a fine wire mesh strainer.
- Spoon potatoes onto a serving platter. Top with pork slices.
