I wanted to find a basic, easy to make yet vibrant salad to serve with meals for my family reunion that is coming up at the end of the month. I put this together to test it out with my family and not only did my husband like it, my kids even enjoyed it. Well, 2 of my 3 kids did anyways. The youngest one is a bit too fussy with salads. Either way, I am using this recipe. It is perfect, cheap, easy, and colorful.

  • A great help. Thanks for the recipe
