Directions
- Toss tomatoes, onion, oil, 1 tablespoon basil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper in a small cup..
- On top of the Sea Salt and Olive Oil, spoon the tomato mixture.
- Arrange on a platter for serving. .
- Serve with new basil leaves as a garnish (if desired). Serve right away..
