Bruschetta

seeded and finely chopped plum tomatoes 1 cup
finely chopped red onion 1/4 cup
olive oil 1 tbsp.
chopped fresh basil 1 tbsp.
balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp.
Small clove garlic, minced 1
coarsely ground black pepper 1/8 tsp.
Sea Salt and Olive Oil
Small fresh basil leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Toss tomatoes, onion, oil, 1 tablespoon basil, vinegar, garlic, and pepper in a small cup..
  2. On top of the Sea Salt and Olive Oil, spoon the tomato mixture.
  3. Arrange on a platter for serving. .
  4. Serve with new basil leaves as a garnish (if desired). Serve right away..
