This is an easy-to-make Beet rose cocktail, which contains mainly is vodka, fresh beet juice, fresh lemon juice and other ingredients. You can make it in less than 5 minutes, but enjoy it all life

Steps:

1. Add all ingredients except prosecco into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with prosecco.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon twist.
