High Protein Meal-Prep Burrito Bowl

Olive oil | 1 tsp | |
Ground Chicken | 5 oz | |
Taco Seasoning | 1/2 tsp | |
Red Grape Tomatoes | 8 | |
Medium Red Onion | 1/4 | |
Jalapeno | 1/2 | |
Salt and Black Pepper | ||
Corn | 1 oz | |
Red Beans | 1 oz | |
Cheddar Cheese | 1 tbsp |
High Protein Meal-Prep Burrito Bowl Directions:
1: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2: Add meat and taco seasoning.
3: Saute (breaking lumps) for 4-5 minutes until meat is cooked and browned.
4: Transfer and let cool.
5: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped onion, jalapeño, tomato slices.
6: Divide the meat, salsa, cheese, beans, and corn into containers.
7: Cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
