High Protein Meal-Prep Burrito Bowl

Ingredients

Olive oil 1 tsp
Ground Chicken 5 oz
Taco Seasoning 1/2 tsp
Red Grape Tomatoes 8
Medium Red Onion 1/4
Jalapeno 1/2
Salt and Black Pepper
Corn 1 oz
Red Beans 1 oz
Cheddar Cheese 1 tbsp

High Protein Meal-Prep Burrito Bowl Directions

1: Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
2: Add meat and taco seasoning.
3: Saute (breaking lumps) for 4-5 minutes until meat is cooked and browned.
4: Transfer and let cool.
5: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped onion, jalapeƱo, tomato slices.
6: Divide the meat, salsa, cheese, beans, and corn into containers.
7: Cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
