| Whole-Wheat Flour | 1/2 cup | |
| Old-Fashioned Oats | 1/2 cup | |
| Baking Powder | 1/4 tsp | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 tsp | |
| Vegetable Oil | 2 tbsp | |
| Low-Fat Milk | 2 tbsp | |
| Large Egg | 1 | |
| Large Egg White | 1 | |
| Dark Chocolate Chips | 1/4 cup | |
| Chopped Walnuts | 1/4 cup |
Chocolate Chip Muffins Directions

- 1:Preheat oven to 350ºF, and line muffin tin with cupcake wrappers.
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, add oil, milk, egg, and egg white, honey, and mix thoroughly. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix well.
- Fill muffin tins evenly, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted in the center of the muffin and comes out clean.
- Allow them to cool for 15 minutes, and serve.
