Funnel cake is easy to make since it has pancake-like batter and I am sure all of us know how to make pancakes. This is easy and a must-try recipe which is extremely easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Oil for deep-fat frying
- Confectioners’ sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
Procedure
- Take a bowl and whisk an egg. Now add water, milk, vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
- Take another bowl and whisk sugar, baking powder, and salt. Now mix dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
- Take a deep frying pan and heat oil.
- Now pour half batter into funnel. Cover the bottom of the funnel with a finger or spoon so it does not fall out.
- Now keep the funnel 6-7 inches high from flame and remove the finger. Move the funnel in a spiral motion to release the batter.
- Fry until both sides are golden brown.
- Take them out of oil and wipe off access oil with a paper towel.
- Serve your funnel cake warm.
