How to make it?

Peanut brittle is a simple two-step recipe.

Step one:

Butter the baking tray and set aside. Stir sugar, ½ cup of water, and salt in a medium-sized saucepan. Place over a high flame and do not stir until sugar melts completely. Continue to heat until sugar is melted and the mixture is golden brown.

Step two:

Remove the pan from heat and stir in peanuts. Now pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread with help of the oiled spatula. Let it cool completely and then break into large chunks and serve!
