Spinach Salad with Apple and Feta

For Salad

Spinach1 oz
Small Organic Apple, Cut into Cubes1
Blueberries1/4 Cup
Crumbled Feta Cheese1 oz
Walnut Chopped1 tbsp

For Vinaigrette

Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar1/4 tsp
Small Garlic Clove, Minced1
Dijon Mustard1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice1 tsp
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Spinach Salad with Apple and Feta Directions

Spinach Salad

  1. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, apples, and blueberries, feta cheese, walnut.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard salt, and black pepper together until well combined.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad and toss again to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
